HP has announced a new 11.6-inch laptop for the business market. The catch is that it's not really new. The HP 3115m is a newly-designed HP Pavilion dm1z, with buttoned-up specs for the astute tastes of the 1%. It comes with an AMD E-450 APU, an 11.6-inch screen with 1366 x 768 resolution, Beats Audio, flush trackpad, and a reported battery life of up to 11.5 hours. In its most basic model, the laptop features 2GB of RAM and 320GB 5400RPM hard disk drive.
