HTC has officially announced its latest affordable Android smartphone: the Desire C (also known unofficially as Wildfire C, or HTC Golf). The Desire C is a small device, featuring a 3.5 inch HVGA display, HSDPA, Wi-Fi, GPS, NFC (only in select markets), Beats Audio, Bluetooth 4.0, 3.5mm headset jack, 5MP rear camera with F2.8x34mm lens and fixed focus, 600MHz Snapdragon S1 processor, 512MB of RAM, 4GB of internal memory, 25GB of free online storage with Dropbox, MicroSD card support, and a 1230 mAh battery. It runs Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich with Sense UI (an unspecified version, probably not Sense 4).
