. Popular social news reader app Flipboard is now officially available for all modern Android phones. The app was previously exclusively available on Samsung's Galaxy S III smartphone, although it was eventually extracted from the device for all to enjoy. The app is similar to the version found on the iPhone, and features a gesture-based interface that allows users to log in via social networks to have links aggregated by the app. Flipboard is currently optimized for smartphones and small (7-inch) tablets running Android 2.2 or higher.
