A UK High Court decision regarding Apple's patent infringement case against Samsung ruled in favor of the Korean company, but the rationale behind it was filled with praise about Apple's iconic iPad. In his decision, Judge Colin Birss on Monday wrote that while some physical differences exist between the iPad and Samsung's Galaxy Tab line of tablets, the latter is “not as cool” as Apple's tablet.
