. Motorola's victory over Microsoft (MSFT) in one patent case last week appears to have been decidedly short-lived. ZDNet reports that a barrage of patent suits have forced Motorola to pull all of its tablets and all but three of its smartphones from its online German store. As of this week, the only devices that German customers can buy from Motorola are the Motorola RAZR i, the Motorola RAZR HD, and the Motorola Gleam+.
