It seems that the first Windows Phone 8-powered handset from South Korean conglomerate, Samsung, has hit yet another snag – it has been delayed, at least according to the good people over at SamMobile. The anonymous source tipped them off that Samsung will start to ship the ATIV S from week 52 onwards – which would mean that it is the last week of the year, and that translates to the ATIV S being delayed.
