Earlier we had reported about new Android malware that was spotted in the Android Market over the weekend. Now when it comes to malware on smartphones, Android seems to be getting the worst of it, and this is not to say that iOS devices are immune to malware, because they're not. Thanks to Apple's strict app guidelines and review process, malware almost never makes its way to the iTunes App Store, unless of course the user jailbreaks their iOS device and goes to third party app stores to download their apps, which in all fairness is completely out of Apple's hand.
