Verizon Video brings TV shows to your Android devices

Verizon Video brings TV shows to your Android devices

Verizon announced yesterday that it has launched a new version of its video on demand app, Verizon Video. It appears to be just a rebranding of its V Cast Video, providing the same features as before but offering higher quality video content, unlimited access to Verizon's catalog of over 250 full episodes of TV shows, local and national news, sporting events, weather and more. While the app is free, the service isn't, requiring $10/month or $3/day. It works over your 3G and 4G connection, so if you've got a capable Android phone and you're looking for an easy way to get video content on it - Verizon Video might be the one for you.
