These days, custom ROMs are a dime a dozen. Depending on which Android phone you have, those of you with rooted phones typically have at least a dozen options to choose from. If you're the proud owner of an HTC phone, we suggest you check your favorite forums since you probably have a new one waiting for you. We're still not sure if the HTC Bliss will be a success, but it looks like its leaked Android 2.3.4 ROM with HTC Sense 3.5 is one of the hottest custom ROMs of late.
