So we know that Verizon has plans for a FiOS TV for the Xbox, but now it appears that there are rumors that are suggesting Verizon may decide to take on Netflix with a streaming video service of their own that will be targeting non-FiOS customers, which according to Reuters could be as many as up to 85 million households. According to their sources, Verizon is currently in discussion with programmers and that this has been planned for the past two years.
