Mac owners if you're looking for a Thunderbolt equipped external hard drive for your backup purposes and whatnot, you will be pleased to hear that Western Digital's Thunderbolt hard drives, My Book Thunderbolt Duo, is now available and will be available in a 4TB capacity for $600, or a 6TB capacity for $700. The My Book Thunderbolt Duo will house a pair of hard drives that can be configured as a RAID 0, RAID 1 or as a JBOD, and will be pre-formatted for the Mac using HFS + Journaled, which means that it will be compatible with Time Machine right out of the box.
