When iOS 6 was announced at WWDC a couple of days ago, safe to say only the major features were highlighted which means that there are probably a ton of other neat features that have yet to be discovered, like the color changing status bars and the recently discovered ability to receive both government AMBER and emergency alerts automatically on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch. These services appear to be limited to the US for now, although that's not surprising given that the AMBER alert is a US emergency alert.
