Finally, after six months of mystery, AT&T has finally announced the launch and specs of the Samsung Exhilarate. The LTE-enabled Android smartphone is going to hit the AT&T stores after all, unlike the Samsung Skyrocket HD, which didn't have that luck and got cancelled. The Exhilarate is built around a 4-inch Super AMOLED display and a 1.2GHz dual-core Scorpion CPU to do the heavy lifting.
