The Firefox Operating System, codenamed as "Boot 2 Gecko" is Mozilla's potentially first solid attempt at carving a niche for itself in the world of mobile operating systems. The Firefox mobile OS is completely web-based and will support almost everything you'd ever want from your device. This includes some regular-yet interesting features including friend dialing, internet browsing, web browsing, web gaming, audio video entertainment, and pretty much everything contemporary smartphones have been offering. Altogether, the early screen renders look promising.
