. Even though Ridley Scott's Prometheus is still in theaters, the Blu-ray has been available for pre-order before the movie even came out. We didn't know what exactly were the extra benefits for ordering the Blu-ray was, but Amazon France has just revealed all of them.  The main reason is the 15 minutes of deleted scenes/extra content. Unfortunately, you will not be able to watch the main movie with these scenes reinserted. Other features include a director's commentary, plenty of in-depth making-of clips, and a Second Screen iPad app. The release date is set for October 9th.
