Instagram Reverts Terms Of Service Following Scuffle

After the bruises and burns it has suffered from the numerous criticisms and backlashes for allegedly claiming perpetual rights to sell the photographs of its users, Instagram co-founder Kevin Systrom announced today that the photo-sharing service will revert back to its original terms and privacy policy, beginning January 19th, 2013. Systrom also apologized for the misunderstanding saying, “In the days since, it became clear that we failed to fulfill what I consider one of our most important responsibilities - to communicate our intentions clearly. I am sorry for that, and I am focused on making it right.”.
