Apple Reportedly Signs Deal With Sony For iRadio Ahead Of WWDC

Apple Reportedly Signs Deal With Sony For iRadio Ahead Of WWDC

We've been hearing some rumors regarding Apple's iRadio service for the past couple of days, and it looks like they're on track to make their major announcement at next week's WWDC now that Sony Music has reportedly signed on to the service. The report of Sony Music signing on to Apple's iRadio service is coming from AllThingsD, who is sourcing a person familiar with negotiations between the two companies. As a result, Apple has reportedly signed agreements with all three major music labels, which means we may hear an official announcement during next week's WWDC, although we don't expect iRadio to actually launch during the show.
