With today's announcement of the latest build of Android, Ice Cream Sandwich, we're guessing that there are many eager Android users who can't wait to get their hands on the latest build. We know that HTC has plans to start working on bringing Ice Cream Sandwich 4.0 to their more recent devices first, but what about everyone else. While this is in no way a release date for all Android devices all around the world, at the very least Android users will know when is the earliest they can hope for the update.
