Released by Verizon back in November 2011 for $299.99 on contract, the HTC Rezound can be now bought for just $79.99, if you're getting it from Verizon's online store. The new price is available only with a new 2-yr agreement, and it looks like this is a limited time offer (just like that $49.99 offer from April). The Rezound is currently running Android 2.3 Gingerbread, but HTC and Verizon said an update to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich would be out later this year.
