According to the authorities, Steve Jobs died at home is Palo Alto, California on 5th of October at 3 P.M. The reason for his death was stated as respiratory arrest, caused by the pancreatic tumor. The certificate also listed his profession as "entrepreneur" in "high tech" business. To be more precise, the cause of his death was "metastatic pancreas neuroendocrine tumor" and the respiratory arrest caused by it. He was 56, and clearly one of the most influential CEOs of all times until he resigned on August 24.
Jobs was diagnosed with the tumor in 2003. He also had a liver transplant in 2009.
